In a 1:1 body session are grounding, connection and relaxation key elements for my sessions. With a gentle and firm touch I will meet your body with what is alive in the moment you sit in the chair.
It can support you to feel more connected with yourself, release ongoing thoughts and physical pain. The physical (or emotional) pain and ongoing thoughts is often related to a not felt emotion in the body, that needs to be met and felt, for it to release.
It can support you to be more grounded and calm in your body and create clarity in your mind. And a way for the body and mind to work together.
